Review: March 21, 2014 Movie Night selection at the Plaza - Grand Hotel Budapest. I really do not know what this movie is about, having seen only one trailer in case it has nothing to do any plot. However, my interest sparked by this evening found me watching a beautiful little movie packed to the rafters with stars. It is the story of Gustave H, legendary and well-known Porter, The Grand Hotel Budapest, the building is quite glamorous, perched on top of a mountain and his prot? G? and most reliable friend Zero, lobby Boy. It is a story of friendship, murder, revenge and planned deep dark. There are some truly ridiculous moment that is quite refreshing and some, what I like to call laugh out loud moments where some members of the audience emitted a loud explosion of laughter and giggling a little hysterical that you join. As I said a number of stars in this film range from Ralph Fiennes, Jeff Goldblum, Jude Law and Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel and Owen Wilson to name a few, but one of the outstanding performances of the revolution must go to Tony, relatively known young actor who plays Zero, which is in almost every scene. Entertaining movie, worth seeing. |
