Review: Now it all makes sense. Christian Bale was born to play a horror character. I couldnt understand why I was so, so scared even in such films as Velvet Goldmine on the boy for Putrid soul wrapped in elegant. American Psycho - the film should get more attention than he is - he's absolutely brilliant. Total victory. I can feel his excitement playing this kind of monster. Interestingly monster manicure seems to be asking for sympathy, imagination nerve! But Christian Bale successful in showing us that we (I) hadnt seen and we will also (i) accept without questioning him. He should have gotten an Oscar nomination, but, fortunately, did not. |
