Review: It is a horror movie above average. First the good points: the cast list - after all the two Oscar-winning actress as a mother and child - Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Shue (who has not aged much). Max Thieriot (now Bates Motel) is their next door neighbor who lives in the house where his parents were killed. The acting was good and had some build sympathy for the characters in the story. That is not supernatural or not too unreasonable. Do not be too surprising tactics. Im kind of sick of supernatural horror last with Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz and one with Katie Holmes and Bailee Madison. It's not that sword too. Without violence, which does not increase plot.Its got some errors: first closeup photo is a little too close. Can not see the whole person. A little jerky too.There is a reversal of course that is not entirely unexpected. Kind of enjoyed it overall.
