Review: Before I continue with this review, please note that I have not read the book, but go to the very near future :) Note: I'm a (straight) man. .. not that it matters: PWow thing I can say about this movie. From the moment the title sequence begins, I was hooked. Scene to scene just to suck me in this beautiful world of Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus Waters this movie. Chemistry between Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elsort is amazing and the performance was amazing. Frankly, this is the best film that I saw the whole year, even better than Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Godzilla, which was a big surprise. I thought it was going to next teenie amatory the story of a boy, I was wrong. Be I loved this movie and recommend it to everyone of all ages. Im ramble and praised the film now, so I should probably go in the direction review.The and cinematography was fantastic. Not only Shot felt strange or out of place. Each wound closed scene and felt real. Traffic was also a great as shot after shot closed with the characters face and where they were (usually a good movie editing stuff). Acting was perhaps one of the best aspects of this movie. Seriously it does two characters feel real and lively, and sometimes I forget it is fiction and not based on a true story. Their performances were so sincere and definitely Oscar worthy in my opinion. But knowing the academy is just teenie amatory story will not be accepted. I hope I'm wrong, but it's the way it is normal. This is the first movie this year that I gave you. 10 I do not 10s easy, but nothing with this film seriously wrong. The pace was perfect, the phenomenal acting, direction, editing and the film was exceptional and overall this movie is one of the best romantic comedies ever to hit the face of the country. I encourage everyone to go see this movie, no matter how old you are and bring a pack of tissues as well. You will need it.10/10 |
